like this .....
[attachimg=1]
pin out to load batteries
[attachimg=2]
pin inserted
[attachimg=3]
pin swung around and locked in place
[attachimg=4]
other end final locking in.....
[attachimg=5]
lever swung over and locking batteries in place.
hopefully I have all the pics in order
besides this holder for charging the batteries
a similar holder/s for the 3cell 4LED lights.

about as clear as I can draw it ....once the batteries are loaded
both end clips are inserted and the ends of the handles click into the detent holes
and are automatically held in place no tape to hold them on is needed !
took a couple of months to figure this out but it works quite neatly !

Nice prototype . . . when are you going into production ?

Starting on the first 5......( the length of 1- 10 ft. section at a time) each week I'll
spend my allowance . (price of 1 length ...40 cents a foot +tax)
The boss has agreed to give me $5 a week plus my daily allowance of McDouble and
my unlimited supply of coffee . :)

I now have 5 of these for 12v and 3 of these for the 3.6v , 4LED lamps.....very handy
I usually use the 3.6 together as original, however, I can also put 3 cells separate in the holders .....very handy.
On the 12v holders I have also using red and green rubber-bands around the clips mostly
to see the polarity.
Guys ....those of you that have some of Bruce's batteries ....I'd really like you to try it
....I mean really, really try it.....really handy!
for about a $1 plus postage I would even consider sending you one, complete with clips and rubber-bands. (maybe to the first 5 people) ::)
