You brought up some very good points about permits and others that i hadnt thought about.
I'm in the country so i might b ok with some of that stuff. We get wind constantly so i think it may
make more sense in my case. Sorry to hear your blades are in tough condition, i know the shape is extremely important. Maybe some fiberglass resin would fill the rough spots.
