I agree tho, if there is a such place, it's going to involve a lot of water. That just leaves the little issue of humidity... LOL What to do, what to do...

  What to do?  For myself, probably live here for the rest of my time.  The winters can
be tough, but then spring comes, with all the wonders it brings, and I settle in to my
love this country phase.
