At approx 1:45 am CDT anotherpower stopped responding.
Connectivity resumed sometime a little before 2:30 am CDT
This was traced to the provider network (Charter business) (http://www.charterbusiness.com/) had lost communications into the entire area.
It was said these were planned maintenance/upgrades.
However no notice was given or plans could have been made to work around this.
At worst we could have posted notice that some event *may* occur at this time.
Sorry for the disruption.
We are currently working out means to deal with this type of problem in the future.

Today (March 27 ) we had a few minute interruption at approx 2pm CDT
Again this was service provider related, and out of my control.
They HAVE admitted to these errors, and have made agreeable restitution
for these multiple failures.
But hopefully this does not continue
