I have a set of 8 foot S809 fiberglass blades that have been laying around my shop for three years.  These are NOT the cheap WindMax blades that fall apart.  They are the high buck, high quality PowerMax+/Talon turbine blades.  They measure slightly over 46" long and are about 8 foot diameter on a hub.  I put aluminum tape on the leading edges when they were new so there's zero leading edge wear.  They need to be cleaned up and polished out but otherwise they're ready to bolt on your turbine.

When I ran these blades they regularly put out 1 kW on a 12 volt machine in good wind.  They like to run fast - TSR 7 or better, or 700 rpm @ 28 mph.

I want $75 for the set.  They were over $200 new.

I am interested in these if you could hold them until I get a chance to drive into the Wisconsin hinterlands to pick them up.  I would pay up front and pick up in a month or so.

If you have any more 6-8' S-809 blades let me know please.
I have a project building with that size rotor rqmts.

That was the only set I had.  I got a set of 9.2 foot WindMax blades but I wouldn't sell those to my worst enemy.  I will GIVE to them to you for shipping cost.  But I would like to be clear that they are hollow and VERY poor quality blades compared to the PowerMax+/Talon blades.

I'll take your advice and stay with the Powermax blades. Appreciate your offer though. Keep me in mind if you hear of any becoming available.
