Title: Electric Heater Controller PID

I thought I would share what I use for Controlling everything from lighting to electric wall heaters to electric boiler, garage door openers, wind turbine controller etc.

Here is a picture of one of my lighting controllers.

Supply voltage - 24 VDC
Has 8 Digital inputs which can take up to supply voltage (24V)
Has 6 Digital Outputs which can handle up to Supply voltage as well.
Has 2 built in 14bit Analog input Channels which are 0-10Volt

CPU processing times:
for bit operations, typ.   0.085 µs; / instruction
for word operations, typ.   1.7 µs; / instruction
for floating point arithmetic, typ.   2.3 µs; / instruction

Digital Output Switching frequency - 100 kHz
Built in Web Server

Builtin PID Controller

and Ethernet programmable with excellent software.
