High Voltage Regulated Power Supply
Northeast Scientific Instruments
Model RE-2006
continuously variable from 500 - 2000 volts DC
I plugged this unit in and checked some voltages and it seems to run a little high but stable. I set it for 500 volts and it showed almost 800 volts as the first picture shows. Maybe the tubes need replacing.

That's tempting Wolf. Do you know how many amps the unit produces? :)
BTW, I like your red multimeter on top. I have several, just in the unlikely event I should let the magic blue smoke out. I compared the readings from the red meter to my Fluke True RMS (model 117, I think) and the readings came out within one tenth of one volt.

No I don't.
I'll check in the morning.
I didn't say but I ran it up to 1500 volts and did not go higher because I wasn't sure the meter could take that much
