At approx 1:45 am CDT anotherpower stopped responding.
Connectivity resumed sometime a little before 2:30 am CDT
This was traced to the provider network
(Charter business) had lost communications into the entire area.
It was said these were planned maintenance/upgrades.
However no notice was given or plans could have been made to work around this.
At worst we could have posted notice that some event *may* occur at this time.
Sorry for the disruption.
We are currently working out means to deal with this type of problem in the future.
