1000 bulbs
« on: November 05, 2012, 08:02:19 am »
About a year ago, I was looking for replacements for the bulbs in our church hall.  Mogul base,
used to be 500W, had been downgraded to 300W.  (power cost)
  Ordered 105W,  5000K, 68 lumens/watt from 1000 bulbs.  After a year, functioning without flaw,
and everyone can see again.
Did have to order 12 to get the good price, but a few spares is usually a good thing.
The process with 1000 Bulbs went  without a hitch.
Based on this one order, I would recommend them.

I used them a few times for unusual, semi-propritary, bulbs that were almost impossible to find (except at a crazy high price from the machine manufacturer).
Went smooth for me too.

I use 120w floodlights
the biggest I can find at Wal-Mart or Home Depot is 90w
I can get them at 1000bulbs for about $8 each which is real good
I remember getting bit a little hard with the shipping costs though

Looked good Woof......$4.71 for the bulb....but the dang shipping and handling $9.XX !
Ah well don't know guess I'll just stick to my 4+1 LED lights at a$1 apiece +tax.
....for awhile longer....
Been busy with my latest project which I hope I can post pics of ....battery holder for
12, 14, 18, or 19.2.....whatever for popular make cordless drills ....Mainly Craftsman.
later on this afternoon. Stay tuned ! :)
