Connectivity problems

As most of you know by now, our connection has been less than desirable recently.
I would like to apologize for all that downtime, even though it was out of my control.

This should be corrected for the most part, with maybe a few minutes later today Nov 2 2013 or early morning of the 3rd.

However with that said, sometime before the end of the year I'll be moving the site onto a new fiber network connection on another provider.

Hopefully, this will happen transparently to all.
