Saw this down at the marina here...

Almost looks like... Rain... that isn't making it to the ground... Cool looking either way.

Yeah it was a nice day... saw a better angle to catch the effect a few minutes later but things were changing pretty rapidly... was a bit breezy... by the time I got back to where I could take another pic, it had dissipated a bit.
