Title: Wanted - H Bridge rectifier - one piece

I am trying to obtain one piece of any of the following H Bridges

IXDN 404PI    or       MAX 4427     

Not having much luck in local electronic outlets.

Purpose - switch polarity in electro magnet.

is expensive, but at least you can get it.

Thanks to forumites for the above posts. I had forgotten about the E-bay method of shopping so the reference is useful.

I will have another go locally and then maybe cross over the border and visit the electronics centre in Shenzhen. For those who have never been, the range of electronics components is so vast its more of a question of what they don'r have.

If I had purchased by E-bay, the cost of one IC 4427 would have been about HK$100.

By registering with RS Components Hong Kong I purchased 2 IC's for HK$66 with free delivery to my front door.

The only matter is that they are in the UK and delivery will be about 8 days which is fine because I am not in a hurry.
