    maybe not a machinist, but looks to me that you are doing just fine.  Fun to see

Hi, re-worked the crankshaft, added small bearings for the piston push rods and valve push rod on the shaft. I have to add DRO's to the mill axis's and buy a milling vise. It will be interesting to see if it does not fly apart at high RPM's.

Hi, my cam shaft is so poorly fabricated it is just not working for me :o, so I found a design that does not use a crank shaft ::).

I plan to use some brass 1 by 3 pipe for the cylinders. Hoping for better results. pistons will be 1 inch aluminum with silicone o rings.

basically following these plans for the main idea, just increasing the scale a small amount

Hi, I had to order a milling vise. Plus  it takes a long time for me to cut and square the rough metal :D

Hi, for version 1 I decided to use a simple valve configuration. I completed the scotch yoke that will drive the valves. I still have to complete the drive shaft cam.

Hi, just a few few photo's. Starting to bolt parts to base plate.  The teflon piston ring will stretch. Hoping for less blow by.
