maybe not a machinist, but looks to me that you are doing just fine.  Fun to see
it being built.

Hi, re-worked the crankshaft, added small bearings for the piston push rods and valve push rod on the shaft. I have to add DRO's to the mill axis's and buy a milling vise. It will be interesting to see if it does not fly apart at high RPM's.

Hi, my cam shaft is so poorly fabricated it is just not working for me :o, so I found a design that does not use a crank shaft ::).

I plan to use some brass 1 by 3 pipe for the cylinders. Hoping for better results. pistons will be 1 inch aluminum with silicone o rings.

basically following these plans for the main idea, just increasing the scale a small amount

Did the cold stall your project?
Trying to make power from alternative energy any which way I can.

Hi, I had to order a milling vise. Plus  it takes a long time for me to cut and square the rough metal :D

Hi, for version 1 I decided to use a simple valve configuration. I completed the scotch yoke that will drive the valves. I still have to complete the drive shaft cam.
