12V to 48V DC-DC converter?

My boss needs to run his wireless router up on the hillside and has a 12V solar system he can use to power it.

Problem is the router he got uses 48V DC.
Does anyone know of any cheap converters he could use to power this?

How much wattage is required? Lots of those sorts of things available but we need to know the power requirements to find the best deal. But if you noodle around for "12 to 48 VDC converter" you'll find some.
