Trying to post on my new prop upgrade..WTF is going on?
« on: April 13, 2012, 02:03:15 pm »
damnit what is going on here?

getting errors on attachments failing security when there are not even any attachments?

3 times I tried to post here and I am finished trying. Let me know when its fixed. Wasted over an hour on typing only to lose it on that silly error.

Well, it bit me several times. Worst is the error page eats your text. Even "back" took me to the blank post story page.

I tried remote hosted pictures first but they displayed too large in a scroll window so tried the attachment method. Never again.

I didn't spend much time investigating what worked and what didn't.

I think this has been seen before with certain camera's etc and exif data that is not normal. The sites filters basically look at the data and call an error.

Still strange though

A test

edit: This worked as an attachment Buddy is upset after a canine confrontation while he was on picket duty in the yard. Big Coyote or large grey dog made a run on our chickens he alerted me and I think I clipped it on the run with the P-11. It ws not afraid of buddy being much larger but took off like a scalded cat when I stepped out of the garage and opened up with the Hornady 9mm 137 grain XTP rounds. Saw some hair fly but no positive sign of a hit.

Hey Tom.....I'm a real illiterate when it comes to guns ....so all things come to
mind that I'm curious about like is this the one that you made a holster for?
what you used because it was handy and did you wish you had had something
else to definitly get the intruder in a case like this?

Norm;

Since you asked.

Hornady is the ammunition. Looks like this:

I used my Kel-tec P-11 9 MM  semi auto to send them down range.

Looks like this:

It is always on my hip so was handy. If I had thought it out I could have went in to my office 15 feet away and grabbed the Colt Anaconda .44 magnum with a 6" barrel that is much more accurate than the little hideout gun with a 2" barrel beyond 50 feet.

The Anaconda is fairly accurate out to and beyond 50 yards done right and it looks like this:

Interesting Tom....since he took off fast either must have scared him or he felt it
or both....so he might not be back for awhile or ever?

and that is hollow point ?
